Exploring Our New Space
It is time to open the doors to our community as Legacy begins Act Two with its eighth season. We have been working hard to get our new home at 315 Winchester Road ready for you to experience love, joy, healing, and rest. We wanted to write a quick post for you to explore our new space and answer any questions you may have about your visit to Legacy.
We can’t wait for you to see the new theater! It is 3600 square feet and sits right off of Western Blvd. in Jacksonville. Our address is 315 Winchester Road, Jacksonville, NC 28546. When you pull up, it looks like you are coming to a home. We hope that when you walk through our doors, you feel at home!

The walls are yet to be painted in the photo below, and the set for our first concert of the eighth season, Revival, has not yet been created. Still, we are excited to welcome over 130 guests to each performance at Legacy.
The beauty of our space is that we can arrange and rearrange the seating in whatever way we'd like to enhance each performance. You never know what the seating will look like when you walk through the doors, and that excites us and inspires our creativity!

As we welcome you to Legacy for the first time, we wanted to give you a brief overview of our seating design and answer any questions you may have.
There are seven sections to the new theater with plenty of room and aisle space.

FAQ’s
Are all seats assigned?
Yes. When you purchase a seat for any show at Legacy, we assign you a seat. There is no general admission for our performances.
Are there different prices?
Yes. Depending on where you sit in the theater, there are different prices for the seats. Prices are determined for each performance/show/concert.
Are the seats like movie theater/Broadway seats?
No. Our seating is not fixed to the ground.
Will I have enough leg room? Space?
Absolutely. Since our seats are not fixed to the ground like a movie theater, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our seats are 20" wide and offer plenty of room.
Are your seats handicapped accessible?
Absolutely. Our seats are easily removed to accommodate anyone who needs handicapped accessibility. There is plenty of room for wheelchairs in the theater, down the aisles, and in the seating area.
Do you have a concession area?
Yes! Sitting right off of our lobby is the cafe. It is a darling space for you to come, meet a friend, grab a cup of coffee, and a treat at intermission.
Are your bathrooms handicapped accessible?
Absolutely. Our men's and women's bathrooms can both accommodate wheelchairs.
Do you have a parking lot, or do I need to park off-site?
We have a large parking lot in the back of our building. (The back is the entrance to the theater). There is also extra space behind the theater if needed.
